ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
In order to be able to make the rooms available to arriving guests in good time, we ask you to move out by 10 am. This way we are (usually) able to have our rooms ready for occupancy and clean by 2pm. Thank you for your understanding!

PHARMACY / DOCTOR
You will find an in-house pharmacy at our doctor Dr. Florian Müller. He is located on the ground floor of the municipal office in Techendorf (near the Protestant Church). Tel. +43 (0) 4713 / 2216
The next bigger pharmacy is in Greifenburg (12km) Tel. +43 (0) 4712/ 2880

Raiffeisenbank Oberdrautal-Weissensee in Techendorf (by the bridge).

BED LINEN / TOWELS
If you need an extra pillow, please let us know in the morning. Bed linen is changed once a week (for longer stays).
If you want to have your towels changed (in the rooms), please put them on the floor. In the holiday flats, please let us know in the morning and we will be happy to change them. Please do not fetch linen yourself from the cupboards in the corridor.

FLOWERS
We believe that many people are happy about beautiful flowers. So if you need a bouquet of flowers for an occasion, please let us know! We will be happy to organise this for you in Greifenburg!

TELEVISION
There should be something for every taste.
Radio programmes can also be received via SAT-TV.

BREAKFAST
From 07.30 – 09.30 our breakfast buffet is ready with muesli corner, vitamin bar, our homemade jams, local honey and much more.
We serve you freshly brewed coffee, cocoa, a large selection of teas and, on request, your freshly prepared breakfast egg.
You are welcome to enjoy your start to the day in our breakfast room with lake view or on the panoramic sun terrace.
Do you not want to make your own breakfast – even in our holiday flats? Then we recommend that you register for our breakfast buffet by 4.00 pm the evening before.
Price: € 15 /day/adult, € 9/day/child (up to 6y)

BREAKFAST DELIVERY SERVICE
You don’t want to leave your cosy holiday flat for breakfast? Then have fresh products delivered to your door! Milk and eggs are fresh every day, as well as bread rolls, bread rolls and bread from our local master baker. Prices on request!
Please give us your order the evening before by 16.00!

GUEST HONOUR
For 10, 15, 20 years and more in summer, and 5, 10, 15 years and more in winter, there are honours from the municipality. If you would like to be honoured, please let us know!

DRINKS
A wide variety of drinks and delicacies are available at the „Bootshaus“. A small selection of drinks is also available in the house!
If you have any wishes, please contact your hosts. Please take the drinks by yourself and enter them in the drinks block (daily with date) in the breakfast room.
We kindly request that you do not consume any drinks in the guest rooms that you have brought with you.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Do you like it here? Then recommend us to others or better:
Why don’t you bring a voucher for a stay with us to your loved ones „at home“? Also a nice gift idea for a birthday or other occasions…

PETS
Are not allowed in our house. Please do not feed the birds on the balcony or our cat Coco.

HOUSE KEY
Please always take your front door key with you – even in the evening. When we are out of the house, the main entrance door is locked!!! Your front door key also locks the back entrance to „Das Bootshaus“, right next to the changing room under the stairs where you can use the WC at any time.

INTERNET
Our free WLAN works in the entire house and on the sun terrace.

CHILDREN AND BABIES
Of course we also have everything for our smallest visitors. Cot, high chair, bathtub, children’s toboggan etc. – everything is available.
You are welcome to use the children’s playground on the beach (at your own risk)! Board and card games for hire. Let us know if you need anything!

CREDIT CARDS
We accept your credit card (MasterCARD) for payment of bed and breakfast from € 350. Extras must be paid in cash.
If the invoice amount does not exceed € 350, we only accept cash payments.

REFRIGERATOR
At the lake: The refrigerator at the lake is available for use by our guests. It is located directly next to the entrance on the left. Please use it in a way that there is enough space for all guests.
In the house: We will gladly show you the refrigerator in the house. Please do not refrigerate bottles, otherwise there is not enough room for all guests.
Please contact a staff member, if you need a freezer.

CURTAXE
The municipality charges a visitor’s tax of € 2,70 per person and night per person from the age of 16. It is not included in the price.

SHORT-PARKING ZONES
There is a charge for parking at Weissensee. Leave your car and use the nature park bus. Our house guests use the bus without restriction and free of charge. You will receive the necessary ticket upon arrival. The bus stop is directly in front of the house.

SURCHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT STAY
If you stay with us for only 1 night, we charge a supplement of € 4/person.

LUNCH BREAK
After lunch at around 12.00 noon, our family will retire for a lunch break. We thank you for your understanding and ask you to postpone your concerns until later. Thank you very much!

MILL DISTRIBUTION
We live in a nature park and are very strict about waste separation.
However, we also count on your support in this. Our rubbish island is behind the workshop. We separate waste paper, glass, cardboard, metal, plastic and residual waste.
Organic waste is disposed of separately, we will gladly tell you where this is possible.

PARKING PLACES
We ask you to use the parking spaces in front of the house only for unloading & loading. Behind the house on the parking deck, a separate parking space is reserved for each flat and room.

SEE
The wooden plateau to the left of the bathing jetty is used privately by the family.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house. Please smoke only on the balconies – we are happy to provide ashtrays.
We also ask you to dispose of your cigarette butts properly on the beach! Thank you!

QUESTIONS
We are anxious to devote our time to your wishes and concerns.
3 generations are trying to make your holiday the best time of the year.

EVENTS / WEEKLY PROGRAMME
The calendar of events of the municipality of Weissensee contains not only dates, but also a lot of general information, suggestions for sports activities,
information on equipment hire and culinary recommendations. To be found: in the entrance area.
We also try – once a week – to start a joint activity with our guests, e.g. an alpine pasture hike or barbecue in the evening. However, it can also happen that it does not come off (too few interested parties).
We will always let you know on a weekly basis!

VITAMINS & WATER
At the buffet you will find „vitamins in our wooden bowl“ all day long and also a water jug with precious stones to revitalise the fresh mountain spring water. A water bottle with a sprig of mint awaits you in your room, please do not take this bottle with you.

BIRDS
Please do not feed the birds on the balcony or terrace!

WEISSENSEE PREMIUM CARD
When you register you will receive the Weissensee PremiumCard – with it you can use the „Naturparkbus“, the mountain railway and the boat trip free of charge.
Your bus stop is located directly at the turnaround loop right in front of the house. In the high season the „Naturparkbus“ runs every half hour, in the low season every hour. A map with the departure times is available in the entrance area.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Should you have anything to wash: Washing machines can be used in the house by arrangement. Fee: € 20,-/machine.
